What comes with your booking page

A mock-up of what yours would look like, and the real kit we made for one owner: Hideaway Chalet, on Monroe’s Pond near Lewisporte.

1. Your booking page

Mock-up

This is only a mock-up. Your pictures go where the dashed boxes are, and guests swipe through them. Your cabin’s name, your town, your prices and your dates fill in the rest.

2. The starter kit

Made for Hideaway Chalet

The places guests already look, all pointed at your page: the province’s Book Now, your Facebook button and your Google profile where you qualify, plus a QR code, a short link and the words to use.

Loved it here?

Book your next stay direct with us. Scan with your phone camera.

Hideaway Chalet · Islands’ Villa, Lewisporte

A wall card for inside the cabin. The guests who loved it most come back direct, and the next stay pays you in full. On your own card, the QR code opens your page.

The words to use, for your Facebook page or a reply to a message: “You can book with us directly now, same place and same dates, at your page’s address. It goes straight to us.”

3. The print kit

Made for Hideaway Chalet · draft

Designed print-ready once your page is live. You pay a printer here in the province directly, only if you print, and the files are yours. This is the chalet’s draft: the highlighted bits were still being confirmed.

Why the QR codes here are blank. These are samples to show you the kit. A working code on a sample would send anyone who scans it to a page that is not yours, or to one that is not ready, and printed copies outlive the page they were made for. Your cards carry a code made for your page, tested by scanning before anything is printed.

Hideaway Chalet rack card, front and back: the chalet photo and name, then the hot tub, the living room, the pond view, the drive from Gander airport and a QR code to book direct.

Rack card, 4 × 9 inches, front and back, for the racks along the Trans-Canada.

Hideaway Chalet business card, front and back.

Business card, to hand to people on the trails and in town.

Hideaway Chalet highway sign mock-up.

Highway sign, if the province’s sign rules allow it for your road.

All of this comes with the page. You pay only when a guest books and pays on it, and the next owner to go live gets months with no fees.
