Keep Airbnb. Your booking page comes first, beside your Airbnb listing and never instead of it, and a good deal comes with it. Past that, we take on other work for Newfoundland owners when you want it, and never push it.
All of it comes with the page, and you pay for the page only when a guest books and pays on it. See the price →
Each of these is quoted per piece, at a fixed price, and only if you ask. You do not need a booking page to hire us.
Beyond the kit: rink boards, posters and campaign pieces, from concept to print-ready files for a printer here. For Islands' Villa in Lewisporte we took a rink board for Mike Austin Arena from three concepts to print, with a poster that carries the QR code.
Kit included. Extras quoted.
If your business qualifies for a Google profile, setting it up with your page's link comes with your page. Google does not give a holiday home a profile of its own; a lodge, an inn or a business with an office qualifies. Beyond that: the full profile, photos and hours kept right, and replies to reviews that read like you wrote them.
Set-up included. Upkeep quoted.
The words on your booking page come with it. Beyond that: a shot list for your photographer, and descriptions for everywhere else you are listed.
Your page included. Extras quoted.
For owners who want more than a booking page: a site of your own, with your booking page built in.
Quoted per piece.
Some work qualifies for government cost-sharing: a new unit, a winter season, a trade show on the mainland. We check whether a program fits, write the application, and do the work once it is approved. If the paperwork would cost more than the program pays, your growth plan says so.
Quoted per piece.
If it would bring guests to a cabin in Newfoundland, ask. If it is not something we do well, we will say so.
Quoted per piece.
The province's Business Growth Program normally covers up to half of an eligible project, to a maximum of $200,000 over two years, and the owner puts in at least 20%. Many programs will not pay back money spent before they approve you, so we never start early. Some pay only when the project is finished, which changes how you budget for it. We tell you which applies before you commit.
From the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador's program page and applicant guide. Programs change; we check the current rules for your project before anything is written.
Mention any of them when we reply about your preview, or write to desk@bestkindstays.ca.
